This course is designed for beginners. In this course, we will teach you how to practice Zhan Zhuang, a foundational practice in Chinese martial arts to develop strength and balance, and perform 18 movements of Tai Chi Qigong.
Additionally, you will learn how to apply the wisdom of Tai Chi to bring harmony to your everyday life.
