DO YOU LOVE THAI FOOD?

In our Thai cooking class, you will have the unique experience of being taught by Phol, an executive chef with over 40 years of experience in preparing authentic Thai cuisine. He specialises in traditional dishes that highlight the rich flavours and vibrant ingredients of Thailand. Phol is also very knowledgeable in the use of fresh herbs and spices to create aromatic and flavourful meals.

In this 6-week course, you will be taught how to cook different Thai dishes such as soups, stir-fries, curries and noodle dishes. You will also learn the traditional Thai art of fruit and vegetable carving using either knives or specialised tools to create intricate shapes. These creations, which are used to garnish meals, reflect the meticulous nature of Thai culture.

Students need to bring an apron, a tea towel and a small container to take home any leftover food. 

Please note: Completion of this course requires payment of an additional fee of $50. This must be paid directly to the tutor at the first session and covers the cost of all ingredients for the course.
